Adam Carbonneau is thoughtful and kind and funny and loving and wicked smart and loyal and always one step ahead of the sports announcers and ambitious and responsible and disciplined yet and free-spirited and adventurous and empathic and generous and the epitome of ro-mance and a wonderful family man and my best friend.
He is the most loyal fan of New England teams, proudly supporting the Red Sox and Patriots. He is also wicked smart with his fantasy teams, as well. It is fascinating to learn about how he manages his teams and it's equally as fun to watch any sports games with him, especially when he has fantasy players on opposing teams.
He would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. No, really. Why do you think he doesn't wear a shirt? He doesn't even need a shirt, really. In fact, he is so hot, that I prefer he doesn't wear one. It's just distracting to me. You can see why...
He smells amazing, too, thanks to Axe body spray, body wash, shampoo and deodorant. That's why I love sleazy Sundays w/ my babes. It's so special how we can be just as happy and comfortable being active and adventurous one moment as we are sharing a sleazy afternoon or evening binge watching something on Netflix. PS. I've been using his body wash, and I think he's starting to notice!
Adam is such a great cook. He has brilliant instincts and an open mind to try with just about anything. From multiple variations of stir frys, mac and cheese, Ham Italians and Lobster Rolls to bacon taste tests, shakin bacon cinammon rolls and childhood guilty pleasures, I'm a lucky gal. I absolulely love cooking with him just as much as I love being a taste tester for his experiments!
He is wicked thoughtful in so many ways!! He probably doesn't remember this, but he made me a lunch for work the first time I stayed over at his house. When I woke up, he had prepared a lunchbox full of his favorite foods. Also, he keeps a list on his phone of things that he loves about me, which also has reminders about my favorite things. Finally, he always asks me how my day was when he comes home from work, even when he already knows. This was particuarly touching when we worked together.
Seriously. He is super loyal.

I can't really begin to express all of the things that I love about my "Carbonneau"- it's really all of the big and little moments that we've shared - the memories that we've made - that mean so much to me. And thanks to my hours of pinning on Pinterest, I have found a few options to express how I feel that are a bit more eloquent and a lot more cheesy. Happy 1 Year, Baby. I love you lots.
